  Apartments are a little expensive but you do get a lot of amenities within your apartment such as granite countertops, nice fixtures, most with swings and a balcony. The trees were a nice to have around the area and also it's easy to get from here to anywhere around both Shreveport and Bossier City. There are also multiple pools, 24 hour gym, very friendly staff and a hosted monthly event. We enjoyed the shuttle bus trip to the Bossier City Farmer's Market, Great Raft, free Painting with a Twist and even a special showing of the Shape of Shreveport short films. Overall my only complaints would be the high pet fee per animal and pet rent along with the monthly pest spraying, Fire Marshall inspections, etc. Staff were friendly but it seemed like my apartment was entered at least twice a month for something but that ought to be expected for most apartment life.
